Nutrex Lipo 6 Review
If you are looking for a fat burner then no doubt you have heard about Nutrex Lipo 6. It is one of the most popular fat burners available, but is it as good as it claims to be?
The only way you can tell if Nutrex Lipo 6 is any good is to take a look at its main ingredients.
The first ingredient is Citrus Aurantium or bitter orange as it is sometimes known has a long history in Chinese medicine for its ability to treat chest congestion. It can stimulate your beta-3 receptors that have been shown to boost the metabolism.
Boosting the metabolism causes a process called thermogenesis to occur, where your internal temperature is increase, thus burning calories and fat. Although Citrus Aurantium has been shown to help burn fat, clinical trials have indicated that further tests were needed to ensure there are no side effects.
Another ingredient that causes thermogenesis to occur is Bioperine. Although in clinical trials there is little evidence to show that it works.
The third ingredient of Nutrex Lipo 6 is Yohimbine HCL, which has a long history of being an aphrodisiac although recently as shown promising results in the few clinical studies it has been a part of.
Coleus Forskohlii is the next ingredient and this has herb has been used in the past in Indian Medicine to help relax the airways while breathing. It has also been shown to help lift cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) levels.
Coleus Forskohlii has not had any human studies yet but has been shown to help reduce the weight of rats.
The next ingredient of Nutrex Lipo 6 is Caffeine Anhydrous that contains more caffeine than two cups of coffee. This can help boost the metabolism but may cause side effects.
The last ingredient is Carnitrex, or L-Carnitine L-Tartrate. This helps to transport fatty acids through the blood into the muscles where it is burnt as energy.
Although this sounds good, there are no studies to prove the claim. Instead the studies have shown that Carnitrex can help speed up recovery times after exercise.
Although the ingredients within Nutrex Lipo 6 sound promising the lack of scientific proof is a little worrying. I am not sure I would like to try a diet pill that could potentially cause side effects.
Nutrex Lipo 6 like many other fat burners could potentially cause side effects like anxiety, the shakes, light-headedness, nausea and upset stomachs.
A safer alternative to Nutrex Lipo 6 is Capsiplex, a 100% natural fat burner with no side effects.
Capsiplex used red-hot chilli pepper as its main ingredient and has been clinically proven to help you to lose between 1-2lbs a week.
It can do this by increasing the rate at which you burn calories. In a recent study Capsiplex was shown to help burn an extra 278 calories a day.
